- What are PopularPoints?
- PopularPoints is our cashback loyalty program. Every completed order automatically earns you points — no codes, no signup. You can redeem them anytime as wallet credit, usable on any product.
- How do I earn PopularPoints?
- You earn cashback on every order: 1% on orders up to $50, and 0.5% on the entire amount when it reaches $50.01 or more. Example: spend $80 → earn $0.40 back (= 40 PopularPoints). Points are credited automatically when your order is COMPLETED. Orders paid in full with wallet balance do not generate additional PopularPoints.
- How do I redeem my PopularPoints?
- Open the PopularPoints page in your dashboard, move the slider to choose how many points to redeem (minimum 100 points = $1), and click Redeem. Your wallet balance is credited instantly and can be used at any checkout.
- What is the conversion rate?
- By default, 100 PopularPoints equal $1 USD of wallet credit. The minimum redemption is 100 points so you always get at least $1 back. Both values are configurable; if they ever change we will notify you.
- Do my PopularPoints expire?
- By default, PopularPoints do not expire — they stay in your account until you redeem them. If your account stays inactive for many months we may notify you before any cleanup. We will always email you in advance so you have time to use them.
- What happens to my points if I get a refund?
- If a refund is issued for an order, the PopularPoints originally earned on the refunded portion are reversed proportionally. For partial refunds we only deduct the points corresponding to the refunded amount. You can always see the adjustment in your PopularPoints history.
